Our methods and systems at Gemblasters are proven for over 10 years at aircraft and automotive restoration to be a safer, more environmentally responsible alternative to chemical stripping (a.k.a Acid Dipping). Our proprietary processes are designed for rapid removal of all rust and paint from automotive tin and body panels, aluminum (aircraft), pot metals, Urethane and Polyurethane moldings, bumpers, ground effects, fiber glass, composites, most dense woods and other substrate materials without warping panels or damaging the surfaces. The surface after Gemblasting is left contaminate free and prepared with a smooth etch ready to be primed and painted right away! This saves a lot of time and money as you do not have to sand and prepare the metal a second time to get it paint ready.

GEMBLASTING, unlike other methods which may cause some damage, has been specifically tailored to suit the Auto & Aircraft industries, leaving a beautiful rust free product with no damage and a near zero profile perfect for paint or other coatings.
GEMBLASTING employs leading edge technology and is unsurpassed in the art of aircraft and body panel stripping. In this field not all are equal. A blacksmith and a bodyman employ many of the same tools but do totally different jobs with different results. The blacksmith does not qualify as a bodyman. The same applies to us. Others may use the same equipment we do, although even that is not likely, but they don’t come close to doing the same job we do. More then likely they are not qualified to work on your sensitive panels and parts, if in fact they are even working on it themselves. Often unskilled workers are employed.
WE excel in all of your critical work. As the owner I do all the Gemblasting myself. You get the technology and experience you need on all your parts.
